turkey sausage

been trying to keep a low fat diet, i wonder how turkey sausage would taste. im gonna try it!! anyone out there try this?

My older son and I boned out a turkey and made turkey breakfast sausage and turkey polish sausage and it was good! The polish sausage was from the breast and was a bit dry, but still very good; I think next time we should combine white and dark meat to keep it consistent and offset the dryness.
