I did some a turkey joint I was given. I salted it over night first then put a dry rub on it. It took about 4 hours in the smoker but it was the best turkey I have ever had
 
Turkey joint, would that be like the leg and thigh?

THe only "turkey joints" I'm familiar with are a type of candy that we used to get as a kid.

Lol I'm from the UK it was a turkey crown but I haven't taken a pic keep forgetting to do it
