Turkey got done super early its 1115am here and we aren't eating until about 4pm. I wrapped in pit master foil and then put in cooler. How long can I hold this in the cooler. I was thinking about holding it in there for 3 hours, about 230pm and then transferring to the oven still wrapped in foil with the oven on the warm setting until I'm ready to carve, so essentially another 1.5 hrs in the warm oven wrapped. Thoughts?
