I have 2 five pound turkey breast . How long should I smoke it and at what temp?

I would figure about 2 to 2½ hours if cooked at 325°F. Be sure to use a thermo to be sure the meat gets up to 165°F. See this link

I think they use to take us around 3 to 3 1/2 hours, but we were using lower temps 225 to 250º

Definatley go by temperature! Smokers tend to fluctuate more than ovens so time is only an estimate!
