turkey breast question

Do you have a problem with the breast falling apart when you cook it. My mother inlaw has a country store and cooks a lot in oven. If she doesn,t put her turkey breast in oven partly frozen it falls apart. Just wondering if this is a problem when smoking one ? And could you inject like when deep frying one ?

Sounds like she might be cooking it too long! You only have to take turkey to 165° internal.

I will inject the ones I do from time to time, however I have found if I brine them there is not a big need to inject the bird
