I don’t do bird too often but turkey breast was the feature this weekend. I was essentially gifted 6 whole bone in breasts and didn’t have freezer space for them whole so did them all. All injected with Butcher BBQ Bird Booster. Half rubbed with a savory poultry rub and the other half with my keto sweet heat bbq rub. Smoked in the Lang beer can chicken style with a mix of cherry and oak at around 250-275F. Was a little hard to hold temp as it got windy. These are probably the juiciest turkey breast I’ve ever done. Definitely will add these to the rotation.
