Finally joined after reading the main webpage and forum posts for the past couple of years.
In Colorado Springs. Using a ECB version that can be used with charcoal or propane. Planning on using the propane part as a fish cooker/turkey fryer once I finish my UDS.
Tend to try for more of a KC style since that is where my wife grew up. Best at pulled pork. Do OK with brisket and turkey. getting the rib thing figured out.
I think that is everything needed. Let me know if I missed anything.
