Hi all!

I stumbled on this site, and after losing about 2 hours reading threads, I had to join!  Just getting amped up to buy my first smoker, until now I've been using a buddy's upright masterbuilt bullet once in awhile, so I guess that makes me a NOOB.  I grill at least 3 ~ 5 nights a week, but I'd like to carry my outdoor cooking activities to the next level.  Seems like there's a ton of knowledge to be gained by this site!  I'm sure I'll be asking a lot of questions, hopefully you don't get annoyed

I live in Appleton, WI, about 20 minutes away from Lambeau Field and the Green Bay Packers.  First up, unless someone can talk me out of it, I'll be buying a Masterbuilt GS40, and modifying it with some of the info I've seen here today.
