However, the leftovers didn't last long enough to make a sandwich. The extra slices got flash seared in olive oil and then finished in the fry pan with the bourbon sauce to glaze them. The left over spuds were sliced and pan fried to golden!

Then both were consumed before I could even think about taking a picture...

Next time I’m going to have to make sliders! Yes TT sliders!
