What temp did you pull your tri's off at?  They look awesome!!!!!!!!!!!

Pulled it at 135 then let it rest for a few hours.

Looks good. I have never seen a Tri Tip in the grocery here. Do they have another name for it?

 

Its hard to find them on the east coast. It was a cut that was mainly on the west coast. But I hear they are starting to pop up on the east coast at random places.
