Tri-Tip fo my 2nd ever smoke

Newbie smoker here.  Just finished my second smoke this past weekend.  I would say it came out great.  Smoked a tri tip.  

Before the smoke after putting the rub on.

Smoked at about 250 for about hour 20 to an hour 30.
