Hi guys, wasn't sure which forum to post this in.

I'm smoking up some St. Louis style ribs and a brisket tomorrow and then taking them over to our frineds house for a BBQ. What is the best way to take them with us in the truck? I'm assuming in a cooler with some towels? probably a 25 minute ride or so....

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

thanks!
