Hey guys, finally pulling the trigger on a new pellet smoker and am debating between the Traeger Pro 780 and the Ironwood 650. The main differences I've read about are that the Ironwood has thicker walls, super smoker, and temps can be adjusted at the smoker. What are everyone's opinions? I will only be using it for low and slow as I have my BGE for grilling hot. Would like to fit 5-6 butts on and think I can do that with either. So, let's hear it!

In this price range you're going to be bombarded with almost everything that's not Traeger.
I am pleased with my Pro22 since upgrading the controller. You would likely be good to go with either.
If I had to do over, or upgrade slightly, a Grilla Alpha Silverback is top of my list. A Rec Tec would be my #2 choice. Both solid construction, PID control, seemingly great customer support. Passionate customer base.
