Traeger Jr bucket hook hack?

Every time I put on or take off my Traeger Jr cover, the bucket falls off. The hook is incredibly poorly designed. Short of twisting wire around it, which is a clumsy hack, has anyone figured out an elegant solution to this?

If you are putting the cover on, it's probably being put to bed for a while, right?
And surely you take the cover off before you start it, right?
So.... why not clean the bucket, and set it inside the chamber to store it? :confused:
Then don't worry about it. ;)
