Hello all! I'm Cindy and I have no idea what I'm doing. lol! I just bought one and am about to smoke my first chicken. Wish me luck. :)

I'm in Mobile, Alabama and would love to insert a push pin on the map (link in the sticky post at the top of this forum) but I can't figure out how.
