Me thinks not! Went out on a solo feeshin trim yesterday. They bit well despite the heat!

I step away from fishing this time of year especially daytime fishing, the stripers are deep and out "front" (ocean facing areas).Bluefish are always accessible but in the daytime whether from shore or boat you'll be in a crowd no matter what you're fishing for,I'll do a little night fishing sometimes this time of year but I'll be back at it full time day/night after Labor day.October/early November the Fall run is in full swing and it's much more comfortable and less crowded, just gotta make sure to have the skeeter/tick repellent.

Thanks boys! I was hot that’s for sure but I ain’t real smart and like me some fried fish!!

Good call with the cooler full of ice. Our Game & Fish Department has been issuing warnings to fisherman about water temperatures, and not playing trout too long if they will be released.

Nice haul! Been busy doing sweet corn but talked to a buddy today that went fishing. Between two of them about 50 bluegill, some yellow bass, and some perch... 90 total. Gonna be some trading going on for sure!
