Tons of pork for a surprse baby shower

It's about to go down in the Bentley house tonght. I'm breaking in my new smoker with 21 lbs of butt, 6 slabs of ribs and 12 lbs of chicken. I'll post some pics as we progress. I figure I'll start about 3:30 this AM.....LET'S GET IT ONNNN!!!!

And the finished prduct. This with three home made sauces made for a lot of happy guest. Now I'm back at an empty house while the wfe and kids returned to the party so I can get some sleep.
