Tonight dinner was a couple steaks in my pellet grill/smoker for the better half and I plus a small piece of pork( off a shoulder that is going all night tonight) for my mom seeing she dont like steak. Then i fired up the Blackstone griddle for a little searing action. We also has cheddar mashed taters and Brussels sprouts.
