I recently did a very stupid thing and decided to merge my AMNPS with a plastic outdoor table. The white plastic coating on the AMNPS is very pretty but not very functional for smoking. Rather than try to heat and melt the plastic off again, I bought a new AMNPS from Todd.
He not only shipped it to me within 2 days of handing it to the USPS (which is ample reason why they should remain in business) but I had made a special request which he honored.
Todd provides among the best customer service I've ever experienced and he has one very loyal and dedicated customer in me. Todd has also given me lots of advice and tips on using my MES 30 which have enabled me to produce a better product.
Todd amply deserves the praise heaped on him by members of SmokingMeatForums. Maybe he should start a side business as a customer service consultant to a couple of major banks, wireless phone, and cable companies I could think of.
