Great looking bird. Belongs in a recipe book. You should be proud of a job well done.
Since Flash doesn't like Cranberrys, send his to me.

Those pics are awesome , Meowey how do you do it ? Is that a turkey heart next to the taters and dressing ? YUM YUM . Stomach is starting to get restless. Happy Thankgiving Meowey

No pics of mine, but is it unusual for a 13.5 pounder to be done in about 2 hours at 350 degrees? I put the probes in different spots and it came back the same each time. Very little wind and air temps about 60 degrees.

Answer to the second question first - Yes, that is the heart in the last pic! - No one else in the family likes them - Lucky me!

As far as the pictures themselves, I have a pretty decent digital camera (Pentax K100D), and I do a little Photoshopping to each shot!

Thanks for the comments and questions!

Take care, have fun, and do good!

Sounds a little fast. How sure are you of the smoker temp?

Take care, have fun, and do good!

Better hurry, there won't be much left - the two 20-something sons are home! LOL
