Aldi's has turkeys for $0.68/lbs - we can't pass up a deal

The turkeys are on the big side, but we managed to find a 15 pounder. I wonder how many meals we will get from a $10.20 bird. Used the oven cuz the patio is a sheet of ice and the smoker is waaaay over there on the patio.

No plated shots cuz all we ate was turkey, turkey-gravy and salad. I also made "She Who Must Be Obeyed" a frozen Cowboy Quencher cocktail. Recipe follows:

• 1 ounce coconut rum
• 1 ounce peach schnapps
• 2 ounces orange juice
• 2 ounces pineapple juice
• Splash of grenadine
• Garnish with an orange slice

I will be getting into my bourbon soon.
