Got a fresh local butt from Whole Foods.

The founders rub.

Hickory in the amazen.

Ran at 225 in my MES for 11 hours.

Foiled and juiced at 165..out and resting for an hour at 205.

Simple,easy and tasty.

Fresh corn and broccoli with some slaw on the meat.

Yummie!!!
