Publix had these on special 1.99 a pound and they looked pretty good for around here.

About 5.5 pounds.

Heating up the MES to 225,using hickory in the amazen.

I am tired today..drove 630 miles yesterday.

Round trip to Ponce to be there for the home inspector.

They look Fantastic ...Never cared much for beef ribs in the past... but after seeing them come out of the smoker looking like that, my opinion has changed. I have to try some of these NOW..
