here are the ribs i smoked today. they were beef finger ribs, two slabs weighing in at 10.23lbs; at $1.48/lb. i slathered them up with mustard and covered in jeff's rub last night, wrapping and placing the fridge overnight. i got the smoker up to temp, using pecan and mesquite. placed them in there, along with some hot links. i smoked the links for an hour and we snacked on them. the ribs were ready after 5 hours. the wife made some deviled eggs. here is the qview, and two of hunter eating some rib meat.
