todays lunch and dinner menu

[wanna-be-smoker]

well i decided today's lunch would be couple small steaks injected with lime vinaigrette( yup you read that right) and rubbed with sweet and smoky apple wood seasonings.

then for dinner we are going to have cornbread (turkey)chili dogs. There is just a picture off the internet for what corbread dogs should look like lol and the hot dogs are hardwood smoked angus beef dogs but i threw them on the smoker as well just Gee Wiz sake. i also threw on some pepperoni just because i can lol

cooked with cherry and apple wood. :sausage:

while the meat was tender and had pretty good smoke flavor lime did nothing for me lol. from now on i will save the lime stuff for chicken and fish.
