Finally, I made it to my vacation. I want to thank everyone for the great tips on modifying my ECB. It's puffing away at about 227 and my 1st pork butt should be up to temp in about 5 hours. Since it's of a respectable hour of the day, I believe I'll pull out a jar of Midnite Moon apple pie moonshine and sit in my chair and start sipping and watch the world go by. By the time my neighbors start arriving home from work, the scent in the air should draw a few over for a look. I've got plenty of sauce and buns, should be a pleasant evening. Here's to hoping that everyone can take the time to really relax and enjoy life.
