I really love cooking on my Blackstone griddle. Did up some breakfast this morning. Hash browns, hickory smoked bacon, right from the farm eggs. This is good living.

Yeah baby! Wisconsin spring being good to you guys? Its nice when the weather warms up enough to cook outside for breakfast!!

Nice looking eats.
There is never a "too much" on bacon. Only "not enough".
Be a while before I cook on the Blackstone or anything outdoors for a few weeks.
Stopped south of Minneapolis until tomorrow and happy to have my winter jacket. It be cold up here.
