Seems like the planets an stars er outawack er sumtin here lately. I've done several butts that simply have not stalled an finished way early. Two of the three taday simply didn't stall.

I know it came up at the Iowa Gatherin to, the meat simply cooked straight through.

Just Kinda wierd. Sure does through a monkey wrench inta the plans when it skips a step.

Oh well, pulled pork fer dinner, it'll be early tanight!
 
Pain? You weren't feeling any pain. Gotta tell ya though. I was impressed how warm that stuff stayed in the cooler that long. That was good to know just in case I have to hold one for a while.
