Boy, those look good Tim. You and cowgirl make sausage yourself, alone, only two hands and arms, I tried it a few weeks ago, for 5 minutes, then put the meat back in the fridge and waited for my son to get home. You two amaze me.
I do good in the begining and towards the end they get longer and longer and longer

Last night I was packing 4 inch salamis and started day dreaming before I notice the bugger was almost 3 feet long. I like them small enough to put in the fridge and that would never fit!
