Can't wait for spring.... been a long winter and got more snow yesterday.

Will take my mind off the weather today by prepping a pork loin for Canadian Bacon seasoning a new cast iron pan, and making beef rouladen.

I look forward to being able to sit outside anf grill something !

Soon I hope.

We had a wintery winter also. Storm almost every week. 3-4 inches again yesterday here also.

But at least you have a good day planned.

I have not done Rouladen for a while. Or just sit outside and enjoy the sun.

Yup , especially when it was 82 last week for 2 days , then dropped . Gonna be 60's today , but supposed to get some light snow tomorrow .

Had brown grass and black soil yesterday, rain and thunderstorm through the night, then ice, now a little snow. Blizzard conditions today with winds gusting over 50... I think 70 by Wednesday!

This has been a winter to remember alright! I can't wait to get the u-haul loaded up. And get the campsite set up. Our house looks like a hoarders dream!

Ha Ha , I hear you on that Steve. Our basement looks like that also. Mona has been collecting and fixing many things for the cottage also. Ornaments, dishes, end tables, benches, lamps knik knacs , etc.
But some of the pile is also things I have added, sink, taps, stove vent, microwave, big air fryer oven. The important things, lol.

It will be nice to have my tv / pool bar room back. Not that I have time to use it .

We have been waiting for the real winter to show up here. We've gotten a few teases here and there since Nov. but not even close to a real winter. Only had to clear the driveway once so far. The other times we've gotten snow I just let the sun do its thing. It started snowing some time during the night, maybe 2". Been snowing since I got up but the sun is out more than not and it is melting as it is still snowing. At least the wind isn't blowing.

They say Spring is in 5 days. I got on-and-off light snow here yesterday. Fortunately didn't stick.

Yeah, It's worming up in So Cal. Just North of LA.
The AC is set to 75 and runs 24/7 right now. The nights are still cold but the days are hot.
So early this year.

Out here in Cali, it was 90* yesterday They are calling for high 90s by mid week. I can't remember it being this hot this time of the yr. I was in SF yesterday, and it was in the 80s. I wore shorts, a tank top and flip flops, which is crazy for this time of yr.

I can't stand living in CA anymore, but it sure is hard to beat our weather.

Started out yesterday at 65*. By 3:00pm it was 35* and snowing. We only got 1-2" but now we are in a deep freeze, 12* with wind 20-30 mph. Forecast for tomorrow 44, Wed 74, Thurs 81, and Fri 88. Shorts and tee shirt weather is coming.

So so similar to here.
Mon 64, Tues 34, Weds. 32, Thurs, 43, Fri 42. The nighttime temps will range from the teens to the lower 30s so it should be good for the tress piss harvesters.

Im the 50s yesterday. Six inches of snow on thr ground this morning. 18 degrees F right now, 6 F tonight....
