I'll be darned Sarge, who knows what they'll come out with next? I'd be interested but I'm too old to spoil my perfect record, never in my life have I worn a watch, not for a minute. RAY

I aint no professional but I would get more use out of it using my stove, a lot of things are timed on it, a grill or smoker not so much, but novel idea lol , I haven't worn 1 in years either due to breaking the crystal while working

Different to be sure. Now the Little Griddle company does make a very useful griddle for grills. Gave a couple different sizes to my son a while back; turns his gas grill into a flat top. Very nice accessory. But the watch? Definitely a novelty idea.
