I used to enter a LOT, then tailed off for the same reason as prior posts. My plated shots just don't look "magazine quality". They look more like National Enquirer newspaper quality.

Maybe have a random prize, or 3, for non-winners (the camera "ungifted" entries).

So true... So I had/have my grandson racing Motocross for his entire life (he's 32 now) and we are/were very competitive and looking to get better... I always told him if you don't practice with the fast guys you'll never get fast yourself... Same thing Colin1230 is saying...

There's times we are all too busy! I missed the gravy throwdown from being too busy... and I love my gravy! So I enter when I can.
