Thoughts on a Stainless UDS using a Pellet Pro feeder...

I'm considering building an UDS using a stainless 55 gal. drum 1.5 mm (16ga) thick and using a Pellet Pro feeder.

I've been told though that I won't be happy with the smoking of the meat using a Pellet Pro feeder (not enough smoke in the meat)

Thoughts?
