I have been given the knod from the wife to get this smoker later this year,

I also got the knod to get a 220v deep fryer to add to the new grilling center. Anyone use this smoker?

Hey countrykat. That's one beauty of a smoker. I've never used one but I'm sure someone here will be along with some first hand experience. And by the way, that's a pretty impressive 'nod' from the wife... I'm envious!

Way to go Kat , and No I haven't used one but looked hard at them until I saw the cost, sooooo, Trish O.K.ed am MB 40 SS for the Winter.

I'll come and check yours out
