I have thin blue smoke coming from the side box on my Char griller...but white smoke coming from stack....what should I do?
 
Sounds like an air intake issue. Try adjusting your vents on the fire box. Are the temps too low in the smoke chamber?
 
And are you using a water pan, or have really moist meat? Could be steam... or could be a grease buildup in the smoker side cooking off too.
