Impressive:
Features four independently calibrated sensors to measure the true thermal center of your cook (±0.9ºF). The probe is dishwasher- and deep fryer-safe, and the handle withstands temperatures up to 1,000°F.

I have not been thrilled with my TempSpike so far. I did see an ad for another brand recently that looked great but I cannot remember the name of it.

The four sensors is what caught my eye. I always worry bout probe placement, and whether I've got it in or near a fat seam. Or if I'm even getting the true IT .

And they don't even attempt ambient temps. They include a wired pro series ambient probe. They do a good job of explaining why.

Can use it for live fire cooking, which I've destroyed several wired probes searing steaks over live fire.

It also works with billows, will replace the Signals.

I'm very intrigued.
