Thermostates

Hello to all my  fellow BBQers

I need some help.  I have a wood smoker that I would like to intergrate a small fan to the fire box with a connecting thermostate that will kick the fan on and off when it reaches the correct temp.  Does anyone know of anything out there like that and where I might check it out.  Thanks for all your help.
