ThermoPro TP-20 Review

Greetings all,

I would like to start off by commending i-Tronics for their awesome customer service. Thank you Dillon for the generous discount.  After placing my order I contacted them to let them know I had a weekend smoke planned for friends that I have not seen since 2004 and could they some way expedite my order. The rep told me that I would have it in time. Well, it showed up 2 days later. Wow.

This evening I ran a boil and ice test. Here are the results.

Being in sunny Southern California, the boil is spot on. The ice, yup!

So far so good.

I will share the results of the smoke, planning on a choice or prime Tri-Tip and spatchcocked chicken.
