Thermometer

Does anyone know if they make a thermometer with a stem long enough to go through the fridge door, I would think the stem would have to be about 5" all together.

Or should I just go with the dual probe Maverick.

I found sevral that were 12 inches or longer on ebay.  sure you could find some locally @ a BBQ store on a kitchen specialty store.

Grainger has a list of about 700 to choose from.....  Some, you are able to adjust the calibration to insure accurate results....    Dave

I ordered the Maverick 732 and it came in today.

I may just go with that for now.

By the way thanks for the tip with the string , worked like a charm. Could have used an extra hand though!!
