Thermapen ONE cracked .

Anyone have the body of theirs crack ? Just noticed it this morning . I did a Google search , and seems to be a thing . Looks like they are replacing or fixing them . Gonna contact them , just wondering if anyone else noticed this .
It almost looks like thumb pressure from assembling the body . I don't remember dropping it , and it looks exactly like several others I saw when I searched .

What's the black dot? It seems the crack travels thru it. My first thought was it's a screw hole but I can't make it out clearly.

That's the On light . The ones I saw on Google were cracked just like that .

I have 2 and haven't noticed any... yet ... But Thermoworks customer support is second to none.. I've had issues with my Smoke.. they fixed me up no problem free of charge... Warranty has been out on them (have 2 of them as well) for a few years...

Thanks for the info . This was a prize from a throwdown , so not sure how that affects anything , but I'll contact them and see what they say .

Just wanted to let the forum know a little about Thermapen customer service and warranty. Bought a new thermapen about a year ago and it started to crack. Didn't really worry about it because it still worked great. Well the cracks multiplied and started to grow larger. I did drop the pen once...

Just checked both of mine and neither have the crack. But Themaworks stands behind their product.

Haven't used mine for a long time. Always grab 1 of the Thermo pop.
