Does anyone own or have cooked on a Yoder 1500? If so is it big enough for a party, does it maintain even heat or is one side hotter than the other? Does it smoke the meat enough
I've only cooked on the YS 640. I know it's big enough to cook a LOT of meat/food and I think most cookers have hotter areas but I can manage that to a degree with the damper in the 640. I've not cooked on a 1500.
