Dinner is always anytime you want it to be :)  I love what I do ... having fun doing it as well !  This is a preview of out NYE Party !!

1st course

butternut squash and apple bisque or cranberry, walnut salad with a citrus vinaigrette

2nd course

Smoked Rib Eye, Smashed and asparagus

or

Duck Confit over Sweet Potato Grits and braised mustard greens

3rd course

Chocolate Mousse or Bourbon mixed fruit compote crepes

Happy you folks like ... as you tell I'm a food geek! lol .. I'm also the Head Chef at my restaurant. This place is great and you can learns lots here .. I've been since 2006 .. Lots of great folks too who are willing to share and help others :)
