The system will not allow me permission to upload some pictures. Please Help!

I was wondering how you were able to get this permission to post pictures?  Is there someone to email?

You can upload pics - use the picture to the left of the fimstrip - The pics will be held for moderation until you get to 20 posts - we will try to release the posts within a few hours
