I posted a thread looking for a good midwest style trail balogna a little while back. The topic came around to the type made in Trail, Ohio. Zwiller pm'ed me and offered to send me some to sample since I have never had it. I look forward to trying it so I can reverse engineer the spice profile and at least know what I am shooting for when I make a batch for my friend in Kansas. Oh- and he also sent me some mustard and cheese too!! Much appreciated Zwiller!!!
