is that it cuts down on grilling.

I am from Michigan. I was introduced to a passion for barbecue when we lived in Florida. There was this place half way between Tallahassee and Gainesville called Fat Man's. They did a Georgia style all you can eat dinner that inspired me to try to copy it.

Over the years I tried many things. Came close, never quite got it until I bought a Traeger Junior a few years ago. AHA!

I could tell you how I do it, but then I'd have to… well, you know how the joke goes.

My wife does know the secret just in case something happens to me. On the other hand, when she finds out how much the Rec Tec I just bought is, something may happen to me.

Anyway, my specialty is chicken. Second strings are ribs, pulled pork, and pastrami.

My turkey still needs work.

The grilling is hamburgers (of course), steak, marinated pork chops, chicken, shrimp. And anything that will stand still long enough for me to wrassle it onto the grill.

Aside from that, I sail, fish, hunt, program, shoot, hunt, play guitar, ride motorcycles, build furniture, bike, swim, and play with the dog in my spare time.

Sleeping is overrated.

Yeah. I kind of wonder if I might have a touch of AADD.

Or maybe I drink too much coffee.

OTOH, a guy just wants to have fun, right?
