Hello all, I am hailing from Northwest Arkansas. I have been smoking meat for a little over a year but  I still consider myself a beginner (except when it comes to baby backs). I am excited to hear some opinions and I may take the 5 day E-Course.

My next date with my smoker is going to be Super-Bowl Sunday. Anyone have a suggestion?

to SMF!  Glad you joined us!  You could go for a butt...get up early!  Chicken is great and so are brats!  Oh then there are ABT's!
