The New Goodies

We had to take our son to Iowa City Hospital for more tests this week, Stopped by Gander Mountain, Harbour Frieght and Tool and Lowes while we were on the road, picked up a bunch of new smokin goodies!


Gander Mountain:
Picked up a cover for the new smoker (yeah, I got a GOSM and the cover's for a Smoke Hollow, but the price was right and it will fit! When my inlaws get back for spring my mother in law will mod the cover to fit around the stack on the GOSM), a Sausage rack (Yup, for SH as well, but with a simple bracket it will work fine.) and a couple of sausage kits.

Harbour Frieght yielded a new pair of gloves, a box of disposables for applying mustard and rubs and not shown a new instant read thermometer.

Lowes had the drumstick racks and the wing racks.

All in all not a bad haul!

cool goodies, we have a Gander Mtn opening April 22, so I can't wait to check the outdoor cooking section.

Kinda looked like this store was just gettin the section rollin for the year, imagine they will have more as it comes in, decent variety I saw anyway. Prices were bout average.

Nice haul!
I'm sort of glad there isn't a Gander Mountain in my area......I just spent over $300 at the Bass Pro shop in OK city last weekend. I'd probably go broke if there were a Gander Mountain store too.
