Hello!

I'm new to Smokin' and to Smoked-Meat, so I thought I'd just say a quick hello to introduce myself, Kate!

We just started a new all-natural beef store, so I'm always looking for new ways to cook meat, new ideas, and new friends who share our passion. I am so excited to learn more about smoking and to be able to better serve the BBQ/grilling/smoking community.

Please send me any tips, tricks and recipes cause I need all the help I can get ;)

Hope to get to know all of you better and to learn a thing or to from you guys! And I can't even wait to eat some delicious food.
