Easter = ham in my family so like many others I went with a smoked ham. I used Heath Riles cherry bbq rub to start it off.

Into the WSM for a smoke bath in some cherry and apple wood. I also made Steven Raichlean’s “Smokehouse Beans” on the WSM and Ina Garten’s mac and cheese in the oven. Added a side of fast boxed honey cornbread mix and Easter dinner was ready.

All around good time. The beans were my favorite smoked bean recipe so far. The ham was good but for whatever reason was super salty. The mac and cheese is always a winner.

Thanks for hanging out for a bit!

A fine looking meal! Hope you enjoyed your day. As far as the salty ham have had that happen also but nothing a couple drinks won't take care of!
