Brined them in my apple juice brine for 28 hours then left to rest another 24 hours, here they are resting after their bath

After that its on the smoker

3 and a half hours in IT was 150 on both birds here is one

Alright now at 165 at 6 hours in and we are ready to eat thanks for looking
